Larry I. Herscher has been practicing law in the State of
Florida since 1980. He obtained his undergraduate degree at
the State University of New York at Buffalo graduating Magna
Cum Laude. He relocated to Miami, Florida and obtained his
Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Miami School
of Law in 1980 graduating Cum Laude. Mr. Herscher has been
practicing in the area of personal injury litigation for over
25 years. He has handled literally thousands of cases involving
all aspects of personal injury including automobile accidents,
slip and falls, medical malpractice, products liability and
wrongful death claims. He has litigated cases in Miami-Dade,
Broward and Palm Beach counties as well as other counties
throughout the State of Florida. Mr. Herscher handles cases
from inception throughout trial and appeal.

Ilene Herscher has been practicing law in the State of Florida
since 1983. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts and Masters of
Education Degree at the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Thereafter, she relocated to South Florida and attended Nova
Law School, where she graduated in 1983, with a Juris Doctorate
Degree, Cum Laude. Mrs. Herscher has been practicing primarily
in the areas of family law, commercial litigation, and juvenile
law. She has represented numerous clients in divorce proceedings
including custody, alimony, visitation, child support and
paternity. She has frequently been a court appointed attorney
in juvenile cases which deal with issues of dependency and
termination of parental rights.
